Registered Nurse (RN) ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse (RN) responsibilities include providing thoughtful care to residents based on personalized Plane of Care, monitoring and tracking changes in the residents' conditions and needs, and proactively updating the appropriate contacts regarding the residents' plan of care, health changes, and concerns.
Requirements- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a current RN license
