Pay: $2280 - $2746 | Shift: 5x8 Days

• Provide expert wound care management and treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Work 1-2 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).

• Wound Care Certification.
• Epic experience required.
• Need 1 year of experience in a wound care setting.
• At least 1 completed travel contract preferred.
• Must not have been an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months.
• Valid driver's license and license verification required.
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date.
• One supervisory reference required at time of submission.
• Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility.
