Travel Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing; SNF

Overview

TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Care (LTC) Skilled Nursing position in Janesville, Wisconsin. The assignment is 13 weeks long, with 36 hours per week worked in 12‑hour days. This is a travel position.

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend to be determined. Travel Job .

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences.
• Document nursing care and resident progress accurately and timely.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long‑Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required before assignment begins.
• Eligibility for State licensure.
• Ability to manage complex patient needs in a team‑focused environment.
