You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety of donors and our team.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take/record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
• Use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
• Work variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for entire shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
• Due to exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
  1), 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Location:

USA – WI – Janesville. Starting hourly wage: $16.00. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for this job location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives. They are eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
