Open Door Community Health Centers is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision. The LVN will handle patient assessments, wound care, and medication administration, serving as the daily point person under the guidance of an RN or medical provider.
The role requires a California LVN license and prior clinic experience is preferred. A bilingual Hmong or Spanish speaker who passes a language exam will earn an additional $0.75 per hour.
