Schedule:

Nights 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and holiday. Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed

Requirements:

• Current state nursing license
• NIHSS certification
• CPR/BLS certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques and procedures, standards of care, and state laws.
• Document care according to established standards.
• Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans, inclusive of patient and family instruction.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Use clinical expertise to guide support for the patient's longitudinal plan of care.
• Employ critical thinking to ensure patient safety and escalate issues appropriately.
