Registered Nurse

Seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee clinical care and nursing operations while supporting a compassionate, resident-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical care of all residents.
• Manage and supervise nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate nursing services.
• Provide education, training, and ongoing support to nursing and department staff.
• Ensure staff are properly trained to perform their assigned duties.
• Promote high-quality, safe, and compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN or LPN license
