Director of Nursing (DON) / RN Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) / RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing operations, and ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily clinical operations.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor patient care, staffing, documentation, and clinical outcomes.
- Support staff development, training, performance management, and competency assessments.
- Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current RN license in the applicable state.
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices, quality improvement, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and decision‑making skills.
