Front Desk Cashier

Job Summary

Knuckleheads FEC, LLC is hiring 6 temporary full‑time Front Desk Cashiers for the period 03/15/26 through 12/31/26 at our Knuckleheads Trampoline Park, Rides, and Bowling location in Wisconsin Dells.

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide information on programs, promotions, pricing, and specials.
• Accurately ring up sales and follow cash handling procedures.
• Answer phones in a professional manner.
• Operate the cash register, sell wristbands, arcade credits, and retail items.
• Operate amusement rides as needed.
• Proactively ensure a clean, safe environment is always maintained.
• Follow all company safety and security operating standards.
• Report incidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

No prior experience required. Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Worksite: 150 Gasser Road, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965.

Rate: $13.78 per hour. Overtime available at $20.67 per hour.

Shifts vary between 8 AM and 10 PM with seven days per week; weekdays off rotate. 40 hours a week.

Employer guarantees work hours equal to at least 75 % of the workdays in each 12‑week period.

Paid bi‑weekly. All deductions from pay required by law.

Employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment necessary for job duties at no charge.

For H‑2B workers:
The employer will reimburse the first workweek for visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees. If the worker completes 50 % of the contract period, the employer will reimburse transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion or early dismissal, reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home will be paid, except if the worker does not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.

Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
