Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Retail Supervisor to help lead store and donation center operations, motivate the team, and ensure customer satisfaction and revenue goals are met. You will coach staff, oversee POS, coordinate donation flow, maintain store standards, and participate in hiring and training as needed.
A forklift certification is required and the schedule includes two closing shifts weekly and every other weekend.
