As an F & I Business Manager, you'll be at the helm of our mission to meticulously enhance and refine our sales experience. We’re looking for career‑minded candidates with a finance/insurance sales background and a drive to push the throttle in the best industry in the world.
YourMission
- Provide best‑in‑industry financial services to prospective and existing customers to support their purchasing, insuring and refinancing of boats and yachts.
- Maximize sales and profitability using Boat House tools, products and services.
- Be the compass for ethical sales practices, enhanced employee engagement, and effective decision‑making in alignment with Management, Sales and Admin teams.
- Steer the course of continuous improvement, leading to enhanced job satisfaction, increased productivity, and alignment with Boat House priorities.
- Captain the ship by implementing and communicating processes that drive desired outcomes of efficiency and financial accuracy.
- Identify customer finance and insurance needs through great customer interactions.
- Prepare sales presentations of TBHG financial services and products.
- Work with TBHG group of lenders and insurance partners to establish the best outcome possible.
- Navigate through professional written and verbal skills.
- Efficiently share opinions and processes with all employee levels.
- Maintain the course with scheduled processes and adequate staffing structures for financial maintenance.
- Keep a tight ship by maintaining organized records of all transactions, documents, and customer information.
- Adhere to record‑keeping requirements for compliance and future reference.
- Chart the course with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues during the sales and financing process.
- Find creative solutions to meet customer needs and navigate potential roadblocks.
- Expertly review and understand contracts, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Navigate through industry‑specific compliance regulations.
- Understand the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Understand the core services and products offered through TBHG finance office.
- Prepare sales presentation of all THBG finance, insurance, and product protection programs.
