Outside Sales Representative – Ground Protection

The Outside Sales Representative's primary mission is to develop and maximize Ground Protection market share in all sectors within the assigned territory or region. They perform and lead sales efforts, manage and lead the local Profit Center, and ensure safe, efficient, and superior customer experiences through the application of company policies and procedures.

• 4‑year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3–4 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid computer skills.
• Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.
