Restoration Technician

Service Master Advantage, Lafayette, IN

Service Master Advantage is currently expanding our team by adding an additional Restoration Technician.

The Restoration Technician position includes but is not limited to: working and managing water, fire, mold, sewage, trauma, board‑up, construction, general cleaning, carpet cleaning, and other types of jobs as deemed necessary from start to finish.

• Complete restoration projects from start to finish, including water, fire, mold, sewage, trauma, board‑up, construction, general cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
• Represent Service Master Advantage in a neat, clean, upbeat, and presentable manner each day.
• Work on a 24/7 disaster‑based schedule; may be asked to work after hours, weekends, or holidays.
• Follow directions and work unsupervised.

• Ideal candidate will have IICRC certifications (not required; training will be provided).
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude, background check and drug test required.
• Good driving record and good customer service skills.
• Professional and clean appearance.
• Available for on‑call service.
• Good demolition skills preferred.

Pay will coincide with experience and certifications. Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour. Vacation and other benefits offered. Work hours vary.
