What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of HVAC installation experience

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Trainability
• Service Titan experience is a plus
• A solid work ethic and a positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in customers’ homes
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Requirements

• Must pass a drug test
• Must pass a background check

Job Responsibilities

• Install traditional split systems, mini splits, all-in-one/packaged systems & IAQ
• Fabricating and installing sheet metal
• Brazing
• Communicate cost, findings and recommendations to customers
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Provide an outstanding customer experience on every call
