Experienced Maintenance Mechanic

Pay:

$27-$33 per hour, negotiable based on experience

Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift with start time between 4am-9am. Start time is negotiable with what works for you!

40-45 hours

Approximately 7-14 hours per week (only $1/hr. but if the employee is called in the employee will be paid for a minimum of 2 hours even if here less time).

• Monitor and maintain machinery used in molding and trimming processes
• Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including:
• Control circuits
• Schematics
• Industrial processes
• Support preventive maintenance initiatives using CMMS
• Collaborate with production and maintenance team members to improve efficiency and safety
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment as needed

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical background with high mechanical aptitude
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and heat exchange units
• Welding experience
