Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting on plant equipment such as brake presses, lasers, welders, paint booths, forklifts, and more. This role involves electrical work up to 480 volts, basic facilities maintenance tasks like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, as well as basic welding and fabrication duties. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, culture, and attendance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting on plant equipment including brake presses, lasers, welders, paint booths, forklifts, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and pumps.
• Conduct electrical work up to 480 volts.
• Perform basic facilities maintenance such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Execute basic welding and fabrication duties.
• Read and interpret blueprints.

Essential

Skills:

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation.
• PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with 3-phase electrical systems.

• Technical degree in industrial maintenance.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
