As an Industrial Machinery Technician, you will serve as a vital member of our technical team, ensuring the seamless operation of high-capacity manufacturing equipment. You will leverage your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence across our facility.

You will leverage your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence across our facility.
Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems to ensure peak equipment performance.
- Conduct proactive assessments of critical machinery, including extruders and compressors, to identify and resolve potential failures before they impact production.
- Perform precise installation and calibration of extruder components to maintain consistent output quality.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management software to document repairs, track parts usage, and manage work orders efficiently.
- Perform routine system rounds to inspect utility infrastructure, including chillers, pumps, and material transfer systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC-based control systems to restore functionality and optimize machine logic.
- Execute welding and fabrication tasks to support facility improvements and capital equipment projects.
- Mentor team members on total productive maintenance practices to foster a culture of technical proficiency.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
- Advanced proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including work with systems up to 480 volts.
- Strong ability to interpret and apply complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, including Arc Flash and LOTO compliance.
- Technical degree or certification in a related mechanical or electrical field.
- Experience with automated manufacturing control systems and PLC programming.
- Proven track record of identifying process improvements to enhance safety and efficiency.
