• Coordinate and manage the logistics of fleet operations to ensure vehicles are maintained and repaired promptly
• Assess and assign all open events, verifying proper authorization to dispatch
• Assign the nearest service provider for requested repairs and inform customers of estimated arrival times
• Communicate any delays or issues with service providers to the supervisor on duty
• Address customer inquiries and problems as they arise

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (dispatching for breakdowns and/or tire services on medium to heavy‑duty vehicles)
• Strong knowledge of medium to heavy‑duty vehicle dispatching and multitasking
• Alternative qualifications may include a degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED or 5 years of related experience
• Ability to work in a 24/7/365 environment, with potential weekend, evening, or overnight shifts
• Availability to start on April 6, 2026, with training from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET

• Degree in a related discipline or additional industry experience
