Heartland Aviation, part of the SC Aviation family, is seeking a First Officer to join its professional flight team based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The First Officer will safely and efficiently operate Heartland Aviation's corporate jet fleet while delivering exceptional service to every passenger.

Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to Eau Claire, WI or the surrounding area. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, adaptable, and committed to providing professional and attentive customer service.

• Flight Operations:
  Conduct pre-flight planning, rout analysis, and performance calculations.
• Safety Compliance:
  Prioritize safety in all aspects of flight operations. Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR's), aircraft operating limitations, and company safety protocols.
• Client
  
  Experience:
  
  Deliver superior in-flight experiences.
• Aircraft Management:
  Collaborate with management and maintenance teams to ensure the aircraft is airworthy, clean and well-maintained.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and aircraft systems Participate in recurrent training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience:
  
  1,000 Total Time, 500 PIC
• Licenses: 1st Class Medical, Type rating
• Skills:
  
  Exceptional piloting, leadership, and communication skills
• Attributes:
  Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and safety-focused
