Job OverviewWe are looking for a Warehouse Material Handler III to join our Janesville, Wisconsin Distribution Center. This full‑time position is 40 hours Monday through Friday (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM) with no weekends or holidays. It includes paid time off, medical, dental, vision benefits from day one, seven paid holidays, and a 6% company contribution to a 401(k) with immediate vesting.
Responsibilities- Package inbound material, including assortment kit assembly, using package labeling systems, printers, automated packaging equipment, scales, tape guns, mechanical staplers, and shrink wrapping.
- Document packaging activity using radio frequency scanners and keyboard data entry.
- Pick orders using powered industrial equipment.
- Conduct cart put‑away, restock picking, and assisted inventory cycle counts using powered industrial equipment.
- Partner with Quality Control personnel to ensure only authorized, quality goods are packed into stock.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- One year of general knowledge of distribution or manufacturing operations.
- Average math skills and effective reading and writing skills.
- Problem‑solving ability and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to spend most of the time standing and walking in a warehouse environment.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Paid time off: 18 days available during the first year.
