Shipping/Receiving Lead - 2nd Shift

Hours:

11am-7pm

Hourly Rate: $20-$23

Prepare finished goods for shipment, coordinate inbound/outbound freight, and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records. Ensure FIFO, proper documentation, and a clean, organized warehouse while leading the shipping team to meet daily goals.

• Coordinate and prioritize shipping schedules
• Communicate with Customer Service and Planning on orders and shortages
• Prepare pick lists; ensure accurate picking, staging, and shipping
• Schedule shipments and delivery appointments
• Print and verify shipping documents (BOLs, labels, etc.)
• Track shipments and update order status
  
  Resolve discrepancies
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor damaged goods
• Ensure FIFO and warehouse organization
• Verify incoming shipments and audit paperwork
• Train and support team members

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of warehouse/shipping experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer and documentation skills
