Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse, inventory, equipment, and fleet operations at our Janesville location. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate equipment and inventory records, coordinating receiving and distribution activities, and helping ensure company vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and accounted for.

• Handle receiving, warehousing, inventory, and distribution operations
• Maintain accurate records of company equipment, materials, and assets
• Conduct physical equipment and fleet counts and reconcile them with inventory records
• Coordinate the movement and distribution of equipment and materials
• Support planned maintenance of company vehicles, machinery, and equipment
• Monitor warehouse and outside storage areas and keep them organized and free of debris
• Report equipment loss, damage, discrepancies, and other issues promptly
• Follow applicable warehouse, shipping, handling, health, and safety requirements
• Provide information and assistance to internal and external customers
• Prepare equipment, inventory, and operational reports as requested
• Help identify and implement process improvements
• Support and coordinate warehouse staff as needed
• Maintain accountability for company assets and work toward zero asset losses
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL required
• Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or fleet experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Ability to accurately track and reconcile equipment and inventory
• Experience with fleet, equipment, or vehicle coordination preferred
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Leadership skills and ability to work with/manage warehouse personnel
• Ability to work safely and maintain accurate records

$16-25/hr depending on experience and qualifications.
