Automotive Sales Consultant (Salary + Bonuses)

Sales Consultants for North Country CJDR/FORD
. This is a non-commission, salary-based position
with performance bonuses tied to vehicle volume, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Designed for consistency, professionalism, and long-term success.

• $36,000 annual base salary
  (paid bi-weekly)
• Monthly performance bonuses
  based on vehicles sold
• 32+ unit accelerator bonus
• Salesperson of the Month awards
  ($1,500 / $1,000)
• Golden Eagle profit bonuses
  on high-profit deals
• Annual longevity bonus
  ($25 per vehicle sold)

• Sell and deliver FORD/CJDR
  vehicles
  while providing an excellent customer experience
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and timely
• Attend required sales meetings, training, and FORD/CJDR
  OEM product courses
• Maintain ethical conduct, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
• Meet dealership and
  OEM CSI standards

• Consistent vehicle sales production
• Maintain a rolling average of
  10 vehicles per month
• Meet or exceed
  OEM CSI standards
  to qualify for bonuses

• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Willingness to complete required FORD/CJDR
  OEM training
• Valid driver’s license required
