Desired Qualifications
  • A Training Developer/Instructor is responsible for creating, designing, and delivering training programs and materials to educate employees or learners on specific topics or skills.
  • This role involves assessing training needs, developing instructional content, and facilitating training sessions to ensure effective learning and development.
Responsibilities
  • Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
  • Curriculum Development: Create comprehensive training curricula and instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content that aligns with learning objectives and meets the needs of the target audience.
  • Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles to create effective and engaging training materials, ensuring they are clear, concise, and learner friendly.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions using a variety of methods, such as in-person instruction, virtual classrooms, e-learning platforms, or on-the-job training.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments and evaluations to measure learner comprehension and training program effectiveness.
  • Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools to deliver and track training progress.
  • Customization: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences.
  • Compliance: Ensure that training materials and programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the progress and performance of learners, adjusting training content as needed.
  • Resource Management: Manage training resources, including equipment, materials, and training schedules.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and assessment results.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate training schedules, requirements, and updates to participants and stakeholders.
Education
  • A bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, human resources, or a related field is typically preferred.
Qualifications
  • Instructional Design: Previous experience in instructional design and curriculum development is valuable.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Knowledge and expertise in the subject matter being taught, whether technical, soft skills, or specific industry-related content.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering training and creating instructional materials.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia software.
