Shift Lead: Customer Experience & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a pleasant experience for all. Respond to inquiries regarding services, wash options, and memberships in a clear and courteous manner. Actively promote unlimited wash memberships and other offerings to increase customer interest and sales. Educate newcomers on the various wash packages and services available.
• Operations & Safety: Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, ensuring proper positioning for efficient processing. Prepare vehicles for washing by identifying and removing loose items and obstacles. Monitor equipment functionality and report any malfunctions to maintain operational integrity. Adhere to safety protocols to protect customers, team members, and equipment, assisting colleagues with any operational challenges to ensure smooth site operations.
• Team Leadership: Serve as a key holder and accurately execute opening and closing procedures. Lead the team during shifts, offering guidance and support in the absence of higher leadership. Delegate tasks to team members effectively to maintain seamless operations throughout the shift. Assess team performance and provide constructive feedback to keep operations running smoothly. Address unexpected challenges or staff issues, escalating to leadership when necessary.
• Attention to Detail: Conduct thorough inspections of each vehicle before and after the wash to ensure compliance with Whistle's quality standards. Uphold the
