Retention Bonus
*$500 RETENTION BONUS* The employee will receive half after completing 3 months of employment and the remaining half after 6 months of employment.
OverviewMental Health Techs are responsible for providing care and services, including meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, personal care, medication administration, and other duties as assigned.
ResponsibilitiesYou must have the ability to accurately and timely document activities and logbooks, and transport individuals (with an approved driving record). This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Requirements- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license or state-issued
- Social security card
- Minimum age for employment is 18 years old. If driving is required, 21 with an insurable driving record.
- Must obtain MAC (Medication Administration Certification) — training provided on-site
- Knowledge of computer software and programs, Word, Outlook and type 40+ wpm.
- Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p.
Multiple shift schedules are available. This will be discussed further during the interview.
Starting Pay Rate$10.00/hr
