Clubhouse Manager

Musgrove Country Club is seeking a service-driven Clubhouse Manager to manage daily clubhouse operations and deliver an exceptional member and guest experience for the 600+ families of the Club. This hands-on position oversees dining, kitchen, bar, pool service, events, housekeeping, staff leadership, and clubhouse presentation.

• Oversee daily clubhouse, dining, bar, pool, banquet, housekeeping, and member-facing operations.
• Maintain excellent service, cleanliness, hospitality, and clubhouse presentation standards.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef, Front of House Supervisor, Event Manager, and Club leadership on staffing, menus, service, and events.
• Responsible for budgets, inventory, invoices, vendors, event reports, and daily business activity.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff while reinforcing professionalism, teamwork, and service expectations.
• Respond to member feedback and ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and operational standards.
• Implement initiatives that will grow member use and additional membership.

• 3+ years of management experience in a private club, luxury hotel, restaurant, or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Food and beverage operations knowledge, including service standards, inventory, cost control, and team coordination.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; ability to learn club management software quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
