Responsibilities- You will start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
- You will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
- You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands‑on learning environment and get out into the community to establish essential relationships.
- You will learn how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and will always put our customers first.
- You will participate in a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business and your success.

Qualifications- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
- Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) within the last 3 years will be disqualified.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
