SCREEN PRINT TEAM MEMBER
ELCO Apparel is looking for dependable team members to join our Screen Print Team.
New team members will primarily begin as an Unloader/Catcher, helping unload and organize printed garments as they come off the screen printing press. As you gain experience, you will be cross-trained in other areas of the Screen Print Team, including operating the Folder/Bagger and other production tasks.
This position also provides an opportunity to advance into a Screen Print Operator role. Advancement is based on experience, reliability, productivity, and demonstrated ability. This is not an operator position to start; new team members will begin in an entry-level production role and be trained from there.
What You'll Do- and#149;
Unload and catch printed garments from the press - and#149;
Inspect garments for quality - and#149;
Organize and prepare garments for the next stage of production - and#149;
Learn and perform additional Screen Print Team tasks - and#149;
Operate the Folder/Bagger after training - and#149;
Follow production and safety procedures - and#149;
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Dependable and reliable - and#149;
Willing to learn and cross-train - and#149;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment - and#149;
Able to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday - and#149;
Able to lift and move boxes and garments as needed - and#149;
Attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude

6:30 AM-3:00 PM
PAYStarting pay: $15/hour
LOCATIONJasper, Alabama
This is an in-person position. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Jasper, AL.
