Gentiva Hospice in Alabama seeks a PRN Hospice Field RN to provide hands-on nursing care in patients' homes, assisted living, or wherever they call home. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized care with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families through the hospice journey.
The role requires at least 1 year as an RN, hospice or palliative care experience preferred, and an active Alabama nursing license. Flexible schedule and travel to assigned counties offered.
