Your Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
  • Support the Team: Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections. Manage pre‑ and post‑construction termite treatments and monitor termite bait systems.
  • Customer Problem‑S olving: Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Work Safely and Efficiently: Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles. Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards.
  • Collaborate for Excellence: Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary!
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments.
Physical Demands / Working Environment

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
