Job duties include working with young teens and adults enrolled in our organization’s clinical services. Will work closely with the individual’s clinical team leader to implement the treatment process with the young person and their family. Must have personal experience as a child/teen ("I have lived experience") in personally receiving mental health services or child welfare and be able to appropriately disclose and share that experience with young adults, ages 10–21, in order to foster hope, build resiliency, and develop self‑advocacy skills that will empower them to achieve their goals.
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday; the schedule will be discussed at the interview. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, High School Transcripts, or GED/HS Equivalency Certificate.
- You must have a current/valid driver’s license and be 21 years of age or older with a good driving record to meet driving insurability requirements.
- Personal experience with mental health as a child or adolescent.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and use of computer software and programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and type 40+ wpm.
- Social security card.
- Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday‑Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
