The Receptionist is the vital first point of contact for residents, visitors, and associates, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role manages front‑desk operations, including greeting guests, handling inquiries, and coordinating appointments efficiently. The receptionist supports the facility’s smooth functioning by managing communications, maintaining records, and facilitating information flow between departments. A detail‑oriented and personable individual who can multitask effectively in a dynamic healthcare setting is required.
Job Responsibilities- Greet and welcome residents, visitors, and associates in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information or transferring calls as appropriate.
- Coordinate communication between residents, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or related environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
