What You'll Do (High-Level)
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for your territory-supporting dealers, customers, and field sales from first question through final resolution.
You won't just pass along information-you'll own the answer, guide the process, and make things easier for the customer every step of the way.

- Able to assess situations, identify root causes, and move quickly toward solutions
- Clear, friendly, and confident written and verbal communication
- Balances empathy with efficiency

- Proficient in Hub Spot for managing customer communication and tracking activity
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Open to learning new tools and adapting to change
- Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
- Takes initiative to improve processes and customer outcomes
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required (Hub Spot experience a plus)
- Ability to work onsite in Jasper, IN
