Cathedral Health Care Center is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our wonderful team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents, providing exceptional care as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Available Shifts- M, W, F days 6am-6pm FT/PT
- Friday, e/o Sat, Sun 6a-6p PT
- Tuesday 6p-6a - PT/PRN
- PRN:
Flexible availability for all shifts
- Provide attentive care to residents with diverse needs, including therapeutic support, neuro and dementia care, dialysis, IV therapy, wound care, and more.
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of each resident.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene, while following the established Care Plan.
- Encourage residents to participate in daily activities according to their Care Plans.
- Collaborate effectively with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team to support care initiatives.
- Foster respectful and supportive interactions with residents, families, and fellow staff members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to achieve Care Plan objectives.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required, obtained through a state-approved training program.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide documentation of CNA certification upon application.
