Griswold Home Care in Jasper, IN (and surrounding cities) is calling all compassionate individuals to apply to join our amazing team as a Caregiver!

Compensation: $19 - $23 per hour.

Griswold Home Care was founded by the late Jean Griswold in 1982 and remains the oldest non‑medical home care franchise organization in the country. We support families by assigning professional caregivers for personal care, homemaking, and companionship services. Our services help clients remain in the homes they love.

We hire hard‑working, dedicated individuals who uphold our values and ensure our clients receive the top‑quality care they need.

• Assist seniors with daily living tasks such as bathing, toileting, and grooming.
• Attend to laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and support, particularly for clients with dementia or cognitive impairments.
• Maintain accurate documentation for each shift and submit timely updates.
• Communicate routinely with the office about clients’ condition and needs.
• Help clients live as fully and independently as possible while remaining in their homes.

• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 2 years of home care experience preferred; personal caregiving experience counts.
• Compassionate, punctual, and dependable.
• Positive attitude and ability to provide gentle, professional care.

• Above‑average pay and flexible hours (day and night shifts).
