Cathedral Health Care Center is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Jasper, IN. This flexible PRN opportunity is ideal for a skilled clinician who enjoys helping residents improve their independence, functional abilities, and quality of life in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do:Assist with implementing individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve residents' strength, coordination, mobility, and ability to perform daily activities
Monitor and document resident progress and communicate changes with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to promote continued progress and independence
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical, facility, and regulatory standards
Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
Active COTA license in the state of Indiana
Current BLS certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team
Flexible PRN
