The Food & Beverage Associate role is a part‑time, on‑site position based in Jasper, IN. This team member supports daily food and beverage operations, including taking guest orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining, bar, and event environment. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down service areas for banquets and golf‑related events, replenishing supplies, and following food safety and hygiene standards.
The role also involves providing courteous, efficient customer service, handling basic point‑of‑sale transactions, and collaborating with the culinary and event staff to ensure a high‑quality guest experience that aligns with Sultan's Run service standards.
- Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, including basic knowledge of menu items and safe handling practices.
- Demonstrated Customer Service experience with a focus on hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
- Clear and respectful Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, teammates, and supervisors.
- Culinary Skills or prior exposure to kitchen or banquet prep work is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, golf clubs, or event catering is preferred but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible service guidelines.
