Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. This position involves performing preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of building equipment including mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Duties include assisting with equipment and furniture moves, clearing snow and ice, as well as operating skid steers, forklifts, boom lifts and snow plows.

Required Experience: 3-10 years of maintenance experience preferred. Healthcare facilities experience a plus.
