Overview
Material Handler-Fork Lift/Inventory (Transportation)
Responsibilities- All employees must wear safety glasses at all times. (Non-prescription safety glasses will be provided by Indiana Furniture.) Hearing protection and work gloves are available upon request.
- Individuals accepting job assignments with Indiana Furniture must be able to work during scheduled work hours on a regular basis.
- Material Handler/Forklift must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:
- Ability to use computer and scanner
- Assist in tracking inventory
- Assist in stocking base parts
- Ability to drive a forklift in a safe manner
- Lift up to 50 lbs maximum and up to 20 lbs regularly
- Pull parts as needed for production
- Have attention to detail
- All other duties as assigned
- Safety MUST Always be your #1 priority
