• Skilled in the use of air driven hand tools
• Comprehend and perform proper gluing processes
• Skilled in assembly
• Must be willing to cross train in other areas
• Able to read production orders
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Ability to work with others, work in team environment, give/receive feedback
