Job Overview

This position requires high attention to detail. The incumbent will inspect, build, and potentially test the product to meet expectations set by Quality, ensuring the perfect product for our customers. Handheld tools such as drills, impact wrenches, and torque wrenches will be used during the processes. In the Assembly team, there is a Dyno (test stand) Operator who is responsible for live running completed units to validate build quality.

Computer skills are preferred but not required. It is a fast‑paced, team environment.

• Monday – Friday 6:30am–3:00pm

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (approximately 8–10 hours)
• Ability to use handheld tools such as drills, impacts, and torque wrenches.

• Starting rate $20.00, based on experience.
• Multiple performance reviews within the first two years, with the potential to receive multiple wage increases.
