Job Overview
This position is responsible for putting all components back together for the final product utilizing hand tools such as hammers, drivers, press, and measuring instruments. Associates must be fast paced and communicate effectively.
These positions are responsible for the remanufacturing of various torque converter components:
Final Assembly – this position assembles the torque converter and preps it for welding. This position requires an individual who can use measuring devices (height gauge, calipers, feeler gauges). Associates will also be expected to use a paint booth, welders and operate a hoist. Strong decision‑making skills are required.
Schedule- Monday – Friday 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
- The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx. 8–10 hours).
- The ability to use handheld tools such as hammers, drivers, presses, and measuring instruments.
- Walking: occasionally.
- Stooping (forward leaning): occasionally.
- Reaching/working overhead: occasionally.
- Starting rate $20.00 + based on experience.
- Multiple performance reviews within your first two years, which include the ability to receive multiple wage increases.
- PTO after 30 days and 10 paid holidays after 30 days.
- Quarterly bonus after 6 months of employment.
