Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Overview

G&T Industries is an employee-owned manufacturing company located in Jasper. We currently have an opening in a high paced environment for a second shift production supervisor. This is a hands-on supervisory role that reports directly to the Production Manager.

• Coordinate manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently to achieve daily production schedules.
• Supervise on the shop floor, providing guidance and support to the team while reporting to the Production Manager.
• Perform workforce training, meet quality standards, support lean initiatives, and provide input for employee performance appraisals.

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM with occasional overtime.
