Power Drive: 764 - Disassembly Job Overview

There are a variety of tasks this position completes, including operation of basic hand tools and the detailed cleaning of parts using solvents, brushes, and scrapers. The associate must verify the tag of the BOM matches the unit (core) provided. The associate will then start the disassembly process by removing bolts, seals, etc. from the outside of the unit, removing the oil pan to uncover internal parts, removing the valve body, pumps, wiring harness, clutch packs, etc.

After removal, associates must clean parts with solvent, place parts in baskets, and send them through a washer.

Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

Overtime available

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (approx. 8-10 hours).
• Ability to use handheld tools such as impacts, pneumatic drills, hammers, etc.
• Standing: continuously; walking: occasionally; sitting: never; stooping (forward leaning): occasionally; reaching/working overhead: occasionally.

• Starting rate $20.00 + based on experience.
