Power Drive Transmission – POD 763 Valve Body and Pump Assembly/Disassembly
Job OverviewPump assembly
- Inspect pump for damage, remove bushing- utilizing a press, sand burrs if needed, bring gear clearance within spec by sanding and measuring with feeler gauges. Assemble pump and torque bolts to spec using torque tools. Pump assembly stations require an individual who is a decision-maker, has an eye for detail, can utilize various types of tools, machinery, and gauging equipment and must have good hand dexterity.
The associate would be responsible for disassembling the pumps & valve bodies, cleaning the component parts, reaming the valve bores, and prepping the pumps & valve bodies for reassembly by using tools such as drills and reamers and light tools such as screw drivers and mallets
Schedule- Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
- Overtime available
- The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
- The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)
- The ability to use handheld tools such as straight edge, feeler gauge, impact, inline torque gun, hydraulic press or arbor press, and slide hammer.

- Starting rate $20.00 + based on experience.
