Assist in prep work for breakthrough value stream kaizen events including baseline data collection, time observations and process mapping as assigned. Participate in and Facilitate Practical Problem-Solving Initiatives and Kaizen Event/Bursts/Go-gets following Master Brand Way as needed. Manage Standard operations documents including creation and updating of Standard Operating Sheets (SOS), standard work packets and TPMs among other documents. Audit Kaizens, Standard Processes, Standard Work, LPA, and DM Boards as directed.

Interacts with multiple layers of management in identification and resolution of any issues that may arise during standard operations creations and update. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Whys, Process Mapping, TPM, Standard Work, LSW etc. Knowledge of Workplace Organization and Visual Controls (6S) Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

High school or equivalent, associate degree or higher preferred.

• $19- $24/hour for hourly positions that require no degree or special training
• Bonus Up to maximum of $2.86 per hour for every hour worked for meeting Safety, quality and efficiency targets
• $2.50 per hour night shift premium if assigned to the night shift
