As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff, working to promote the physical and psychosocial well‑being of our residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
