Job Title:
CWP Immunizing Nurse - Vaccination Initiative
Location:
Jasper, IN
- Administer vaccines including flu, MMR, and Covid.
- Display empathy and compassion for patients and colleagues.
- Adapt to changes in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a positive culture.
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills, including medication administration.
- Work Monday to Saturday, with flexible hours.
- Perform the role in an in‑person, patient‑facing setting.
- Full, active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Indiana.
- At least one year of related nursing experience, including immunization.
- Benefits are available to full‑time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
