As a Surgery Registered Nurse (RN) at Memorial, you'll be part of a high-performing perioperative team delivering safe, precise, and compassionate surgical care. From pre-op through recovery, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every patient receives seamless, high-quality care throughout their surgical experience.

This role also includes on-call responsibilities, with the ability to return to the facility within 30 minutes when called in.

What You'll Do

* Provide skilled perioperative nursing care across surgical services

* Supervise and coordinate patient care throughout the surgical experience

* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care

* Ensure patient safety and maintain high standards in the OR environment

* Support and educate patients and families before and after surgery

* Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team

What You Bring

Required:

* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a compact licensure state

Preferred:

* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (required to obtain per BSN policy)

* CPR - Provider C certification
